Use this calculator to build a multi-destination itinerary. For each segment (destination & date range) add multiple hotel lines with their own currencies. You’ll see per-segment totals by currency and overall totals across the whole trip.

1. Add destination segments: Click “Add destination”. Select destination and set check-in / check-out. Nights are auto-calculated for the segment.
2. Add hotel lines within each segment: For each hotel line set Hotel name, optional rate start/end (must fall within the segment dates), Room type, Board, Guests/Room, RRPN, #Rooms, and optional Markup/PP.
3. Currencies per line: Each line carries its own currency. Segment totals are grouped by currency; overall totals aggregate currencies separately (no FX).
4. Validation: Date windows are validated; overlapping lines are allowed but flagged visually. Nights drive the per-line totals.
5. Totals: Each segment shows a mini total and a “by currency” breakdown. The card header shows overall totals by currency for the itinerary.
6. Save & email: On submit we store the itinerary and can email a summary if enabled. Anonymous users can email themselves; logged-in users can revisit later (dashboard WIP).

Tip: use one segment per stop on the tour. Within a segment, add each hotel/room setup as its own line.
