Use this calculator to price a single destination stay. Add room lines (room type, board, guests/room, RRPN, rooms, and optional markup per person). Totals are shown per currency. The top-level “Submission currency” is used only for a legacy summary total—each line still keeps its own currency.

1. Choose destination & dates: Pick a destination, then set check-in and check-out. Nights are auto-calculated. Rate start/end (per line) must sit within these dates.
2. Add room lines: For each line choose room type & board, set Guests/Room, RRPN (rate per room per night), Rooms count, and optional Markup/PP.
3. Currencies: Each line has its own currency. Totals are grouped by currency. The hidden “Submission currency” is only used to compute a legacy grand total.
4. Validation & overlaps: The form highlights overlapping rate windows for the same hotel. You can still proceed if intended (e.g., split contracts).
5. Totals preview: See per-line totals, per-currency totals, and a header badge. If multiple currencies are present, the badge shows “Multi-currency”.
6. Save & email: On submit we store your submission. If email is enabled, you can receive a formatted summary via your chosen email.

Tip: use separate lines for different date windows or rate plans. You can email a summary to yourself on submit.
