This user guide will walk you through the steps to effectively use the calculator to calculate commissions for both operators and agents based on the total cost of the tour and the number of travellers. Step 1: Enter Tour Details
1. In the “Total Cost of Your Tour for All Travelers” field, enter the total cost of the tour for all travellers. Please input the amount without any currency symbols.

Step 2: Number of Travelers
1. In the “Number of Travelers” field, select the total number of travellers who will be participating in the tour. If you adjust this it will adjust the per person price at the bottom.

Step 3: Operator’s Commission Level
1. In the “Operator’s Commission Level” field, input the commission rate as a decimal for the operator. For example, if you want 20% commission select 20 in this field.

Step 4: Calculate Operator’s Commission
1. The “Operator’s Commission” field will automatically display the commission earned by the operator based on the entered commission rate and the total cost of the tour.

Step 5: Operator’s Nett from Agent
1. The “Operator’s Nett from Agent” field will show the net amount received by the operator after deducting the commission earned from the agent.

Step 6: Agent’s Commission Level
1. In the “Agent’s Commission Level” field, input the commission rate as a decimal for the agent. For example, if the agent’s commission rate is 90%, enter 0.90 in this field.

Step 7: Calculate Agent’s Commission
1. The “Agent’s Commission” field will automatically display the commission earned by the agent based on the entered commission rate and the total cost of the tour.

Step 8: Agent’s Nett from Traveller
1. The “Agent’s Nett from Traveller” field will show the net amount received by the agent after deducting the commission paid to the traveller.

Step 9: RRP – Recommended Retail Price
1. The “RRP” field will display the recommended retail price per traveller after accounting for both the operator’s and agent’s commissions.

Step 10: Gross Retail Price per Traveller
1. The “Gross Retail Price per Traveller” field will display the gross retail price per traveller, which is the total cost of the tour divided by the number of travellers.

Step 11: Receive Calculations via Email
1. If you want to receive the calculated commission details via email, provide your “Full Name” and “Email” in the respective fields below the calculator.
2. Click on the “Calculate” button to get the updated results and receive them straight to your inbox.
