CRUISE CALCULATOR USER GUIDE

Introduction:

Welcome to the Cruise Calculator! This user guide will walk you through the steps to use the calculator
effectively. With this tool, you can easily calculate the total cost of a group cruise, including different
cabin types and their associated taxes and commissions. Let’s get started!

Step 1: Select a Cruise Ship

On the top of the page, you will find a dropdown menu labeled “Select a Cruise Ship.” Click on the dropdown arrow
and choose your desired cruise ship from the available options.

Step 2: Enter Cabin Details

For each cabin type (Inside, Outside, Balcony, Suite), follow these steps:

Inside Cabin:

• Enter the “Inside Cabin Fare Inc Taxes”: The total fare, including taxes, for each inside cabin.
• Enter the “Inside Cabin Commission”: The commission amount associated with each inside cabin.
• Enter the “# of Inside Cabins”: The number of inside cabins booked for the group.
• The “Inside Cabin Price” will automatically update based on the entered values.

Outside Cabin:

• Enter the “Outside Cabin Fare Inc Taxes”: The total fare, including taxes, for each outside cabin.
• Enter the “Outside Cabin Commission”: The commission amount associated with each outside cabin.
• Enter the “# of Outside Cabins”: The number of outside cabins booked for the group.
• The “Outside Cabin Price” will automatically update based on the entered values.

Balcony Cabin:

• Enter the “Balcony Cabin Fare Inc Taxes”: The total fare, including taxes, for each balcony cabin.
• Enter the “Balcony Cabin Commission”: The commission amount associated with each balcony cabin.
• Enter the “Number of Balcony Cabins”: The number of balcony cabins booked for the group.
• The “Balcony Cabin Price” will automatically update based on the entered values.

Suite:

• Enter the “Suite Fare Inc Taxes”: The total fare, including taxes, for each suite.
• Enter the “Suite Commission”: The commission amount associated with each suite.
• Enter the “Number of Suites”: The number of suites booked for the group.
• The “Suites Price” will automatically update based on the entered values.

Step 3: View Results

The “Inside Cabin Totals,” “Outside Cabin Totals,” “Balcony Cabin Totals,” and “Suites Totals” sections will
display the calculated total prices for each cabin type.

The “Number of Cabin” field will show the total number of cabins booked for the group.

The “Total Group Price” field will display the overall group price, which is the sum of the totals for each
cabin type.

Step 4: Receive Calculations via Email

If you wish to receive the calculations via email, provide your “Full Name” and “Email” in the respective fields
below the calculator.

Click on the “Send” button to receive the calculations straight to your inbox.
